Eaton’s Filing Companions product line is a complete line of afforadble storage options for conventional and personal filing. These products are an affordable storage option to complement Eaton's full range of workstations.  Filing Companions are pre-configured and easy to order and come with a limited lifetime warranty.

Eaton's Optimedia product line has reached end-of-life (EOL) status.

Custom configured cabinets for your unique needs

Optimedia Storage Cabinets are available in eight heights and features four types of door closures, and seven color options. Choose from standard pre-configured Optimedia cabinets or have an Eaton sales representative custom configure a cabinet for your specific needs.

Filing Companions offers several lines to accommodate your personal filing requirements.

Bookcase

These double-wall metal bookcases are 36 inches wide and available in five heights. They are designed to accommodate binder height storage. 

Double Door Storage Cabinet

This multi-functional storage cabinet features adjustable shelving in two inch increments and ships fully assembled. Meets ANSI/BIFMA standards.

Wardrobe Tower

This lockable space-efficient cabinet is designed for personal workstation storage. Concealed door hinges feature a 110º swing. Two configurations are available.

Optimedia storage cabinet options

3.5" Deep ESD-SAFE TOTES
3.5" Deep ESD-safe totes are available in Blue Benstat (static dissipating) or Black Bentron (conductive).
CONDUCTIVE PLASTIC KITTING TRAYS
Conductive plastic kitting trays organize and store virtually any small electronic component or other parts and fit side-by-side on a roll-out shelf.
MODULAR DRAWERS
Modular drawers are configured to hold a combination of hanging files and media. This 12" modular drawer is the perfect solution for intensive computer users.
Laminate Optitops
Laminate cabinet tops integrate nicely with Eaton's LINX modular office furniture.
3" x 5" PARTS BINS
3" x 5" Parts bins are positioned on a hanger rail for easy access and removal. Totes shown here include 3.5" and 8" versions and are available in Blue (static-dissipative) and Black (conductive).
3" Roll-out Drawer and Worksurface
3" rollout drawer and worksurface provide a convenient reference area and feature a removable pencil tray and item storage area.
Security locks
Security locks are offered with all Optimedia cabinets. Standards include ganglocks for multiple receding doors and drawers and removable core locks for receding tambour doors.

  • Upper cupboard with one or two adjustable shelves (depending on model)
  • Two or three file drawers for letter filing (depending on model)
  • Available in NuGrey, Black or Creme White

V-Ped vertical file

  • Available in three, four and five drawer versions
  • Includes single safety lock
  • All models are 15.14"W x 27.78" D (height varies according to model)
  • Available in Black, Creme White, Metal Grey, NuGrey and Titanium

  • Full height coat closet with side-to-sode coat rod
  • Two adjustable shelves
  • File drawer and box drawer options (varies by model)
