Warranty +1 and Warranty +3
During the extended period, the warranty coverage includes:
Warranty+1 and Warranty+3 cover both electronic parts and batteries, offering you peace of mind for an additional one or three years on top of the standard product warranty.*
During the extended period, the warranty coverage includes one standard UPS replacement including shipping costs and access to a professional helpline during working hours.
*Batteries are only covered in case of failure, not for reduced autonomy
Eaton extended warranties can only be purchased during the standard or extended warranty period. Warranty+1 and Warranty+3 are renewable for a total of seven years of warranty coverage, including the standard warranty period. After the seventh or the final year of the warranty, whichever comes first, you can purchase a new product with a discount by contacting the Eaton customer service centre in your country.
